This place is awesome. I'm newer to martial arts/gyms, and I've been coming here with my husband to do Muay Thai for about 4 months. Everyone, including staff and students, are incredibly supportive and respectful. Team Link Ludlow has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. The coaches push you the right way, the energy is positive and you always walk out feeling better than you came in. Everyone treats you with respect, and you learn real technique from people who genuinely care. It’s a place where you grow fast, stay motivated and feel part of a team. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting.

Team link has a very friendly family & professional atmosphere feel to it.You can see the Experience levels of all ages. As I watched student on multiple occasions the Instructors were very clear & intuitive with each student; when the instructor would see a student not doing some properly they would immediately go to them explain by showing & make the student do the technique properly. Team Link is the best bjj school around. I've been training here for over 7 years. All the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Truly feels like I'm part of a family. As a female training bjj, I feel so comfortable at team link. It's a great workout, mentally and physically. The cardio kickboxing class is also a lot of fun! I can't recommend Ludlow Link Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enough! My son started a few months ago, and he absolutely loves it. The instructors are not only highly professional but also incredibly kind, creating a welcoming environment for all students. Whenever I have questions, they respond quickly, which I really appreciate. Plus, the convenience of making payments through the app adds to the overall positive experience.
