Team link has a very friendly family & professional atmosphere feel to it.You can see the Experience levels of all ages. As I watched student on multiple occasions the Instructors were very clear & intuitive with each student; when the instructor would see a student not doing some properly they would immediately go to them explain by showing & make the student do the technique properly. I can't recommend Ludlow Link Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enough! My son started a few months ago, and he absolutely loves it. The instructors are not only highly professional but also incredibly kind, creating a welcoming environment for all students. Whenever I have questions, they respond quickly, which I really appreciate. Plus, the convenience of making payments through the app adds to the overall positive experience. Switched here a few months ago from a different local gym and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Phenomenal coaching, a wide range of teammates of all different skill levels and sizes, exceptionally clean mats and locker rooms, and all the gear/merch you need. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start BJJ and/or on the fence about transferring from a different gym. OSSSSS!

Team Link is the best bjj school around. I've been training here for over 7 years. All the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Truly feels like I'm part of a family. As a female training bjj, I feel so comfortable at team link. It's a great workout, mentally and physically. The cardio kickboxing class is also a lot of fun! Great place to train. Been a member training BJJ since 2018. Classes are well structured and adapted to your skills level. I can't say enough about the coaches, they are honestly the best! Everyone in every single class gets feedback on whichever position or move is being taught that day. Training at team link is the best thing I have done for my physical and mental well being.
