Great place to train. Been a member training BJJ since 2018. Classes are well structured and adapted to your skills level. I can't say enough about the coaches, they are honestly the best! Everyone in every single class gets feedback on whichever position or move is being taught that day. Training at team link is the best thing I have done for my physical and mental well being.

The 2 coaches I’ve dealt with coach Marco and coach Hugo are very well trained instructors and make the classes extremely fun and challenging. Glad a joined a few months ago. Very positive place and everyone is welcoming. Highly recommend Team link in Ludlow.

Professionalism, passion and patience. Nothing else you can ask for. As a late joiner to the sport, Coach Marco and his team have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Whether it’s refining technique, or learning something completely new, they always take the time to clearly explain what we’re working on. Facilities are clean and fellow students are welcoming - it’s a fantastic atmosphere. My only regret is not having started years ago!

Coach Marco and Coach Sam are amazing! Their coaching is clear, motivating, and tailored to all skill levels. The gym has a great atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their students. Highly recommend!

As a woman who has never done wrestling or any martial arts growing up, I had no idea what to expect joining a BJJ gym. It has turned out to be a fantastic decision. Everyone is welcoming and the coaches do an amazing job fostering a safe and fun atmosphere. It is an incredible workout and has become one of the highlights of my week. If you’re on the fence, just come in and try it out.
