This place is awesome. I'm newer to martial arts/gyms, and I've been coming here with my husband to do Muay Thai for about 4 months. Everyone, including staff and students, are incredibly supportive and respectful. Highly discriminatory. Was told I could not participate due to a disability even though I have participated in other BJJ and other martial arts gyms. They would not allow me to protect myself as I do at the other gyms and instead said "No exceptions" and was not permitted to join.

Team Link is the best bjj school around. I've been training here for over 7 years. All the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Truly feels like I'm part of a family. As a female training bjj, I feel so comfortable at team link. It's a great workout, mentally and physically. The cardio kickboxing class is also a lot of fun! The 2 coaches I’ve dealt with coach Marco and coach Hugo are very well trained instructors and make the classes extremely fun and challenging. Glad a joined a few months ago. Very positive place and everyone is welcoming. Highly recommend Team link in Ludlow.
