First class operation from timely reminders service is due, to ease of scheduling without long waits, accomodating my "wait while service is performed", to checkout with great documentation, and a washed/vacuum car to head home in. The quality of service gives me great confidence of the road-worthiness of my vehicle. We are long-time customers of Biondi and expect to remain so for as long as we are in Pittsburgh.

Gino set expectations early with me regarding time frame and the process. He was spot on with everything and ultimately my vehicle was fixed and delivered within the time frame. It was a pleasure dealing with a service manager who is transparent and on the ball. My next new car is definitely coming from REA Ford because I know the Service Operation is well run.
