Awesome gym, well kitted out, and Derick is a great trainer who definitely knows his stuff (and makes a killer post workout smoothie). 24 hour access is a huge bonus
Team Lift has one of the best, most uplifting environments I've ever been in. Everyone is like family, and always encourages you to do your best. Very helpful and knowledgeable trainers for all different aspects of your fitness journey. The only gym I've ever felt like home at!
