We love Kuras! They’ve been our go to for our Septic and Cistern since we built our home in 2019. They actually installed both. Justin has always been highly responsive whenever we’ve had issues, which have been very minimal in 6 years. They’re always on point when it comes to the annual checkups for our systems and the workers they send out are always so professional and polite!
We had our sewer pipe jetted, job was completed in a timely matter by a friendly and professional technician.
The absolute best! We own an old home, so we are familiar with contractors. Jeff came out when he said he would and went above and beyond to assess the damage without any additional charges for the services to do the quote. The others wanted a service fee for showing up and doing some preliminary work to get a handle on the damage.
