Well where do I start with this 5 star review! We were treated like VIP and the experience was amazing. All the staff are friendly but 3 really stand out. Getting the finance with Jared was seamless, he made it so easy and explained everything. We picked the Ranger up today and what a great time it was. Team Hutchinson Ford really provide the extra in service no matter whether you are purchasing with or without a trade-in. The Front of House staff treat you like a hotel guest and they aren't bothered by the kids and families that sit to eat the biscuits and lollies they offer so freely! Extra star for that! Adam was once again a terrific sales person. This time a quick easy trade-in to upgrade my EV. He was even accepting to negotiation on price. Bought 2 Transit at once for our business here. One of the best ford centre in New Zealand to get your vehicle. I had bought vehicles at other ford centre but it did not reached to this level of excellent customer service showed here at Team Hutchinson Ford. Max and Rose was amazing, very attentive to details ,asking all the questions that we have with patience, and swiftly help to cater to our needs.
