Nothing but terrible experiences here. I have a warranty on my vehicle but they refuse to do work on my car insisting nothing is wrong with it. More likely they just don’t get paid for warranty work. Also charge you to order parts they need to fix plus the labor. Decided that was a scam so contacted for a refund on the part which was a laborious task and took weeks to get it done plus they charged me a 20% fee on the refund. I will never service my car here again and I regret buying my vehicle from this Honda.
