Don at Team Hodges was great to work with on getting my new Truck
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS Was sold a used 2010 2500 with a 3yr 50,000 mile powertrain warranty. In less than 2 months of owning the vehicle its been back in the shop 3 times for a total of 6 weeks ive put less than 400miles on the truck. they're now telling me the motor is bad and are denying the warranty coverage. In short i was sold a lemon of a truck that had a bandaid put on it to get it off the lot AND sold a warranty they refuse to stand behind.
Had a wonderful experience with them. Want to say thank you Don. Even was understanding when the bridge was closed due to weather and it took me a little long to get there. Worked with me and I'm loving my new ride. Thank you for all you help. Definitely would recommend to Anyone looking for a new vehicle or a pre-owned vehicle. Staff is the best.
Happy with our New (2025) Tahoe, @Don Weldon setup the default settings for us and did a complete review of the technology and the vehicle. He was quick to follow up throughout the process and was wonderful to work with (not typical "pushy" sales person).
Don worked very hard to obtain the exact car i wanted to purchase. He truly cared about making me happy with my purchase.
