I had a great experience w Cody and his team. They are very knowledgeable about the insurance marketing industry. Their product is easy to use and produces great results. They are priced fairly and it is easy to get a solid return on your investment. Their new AI training tool is also a great product.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. After going through multiple interviews and investing my time, I was scheduled for a training session that never happened. I waited over 30 minutes in a Zoom meeting where no one showed up, and no one reached out to explain what happened or provide any update. This shows a complete lack of respect for candidates’ time. Team hired was amazing with helping me pass my P&C exams! Sean was my “boot camp guy” and he made the experience go super smooth and helped me grasp the concepts a lot better. If there was ever any questions I had about certain things he was able to explain it in terms that was a lot easier to understand. Would definitely recommend using team hired!
This company is AI being used to substitute the hiring process. Their "interviews" are riddled with technical issues, including candidates being booted out of the group at random times. Half the time, their "interviewers" are very obvious AI avatars. No one is getting quality candidates from this agency. They're wasting your money, and you're loosing quality candidates to flawed AI and technical difficulties.
