Team Hayes was great to work with! They treated me fairly, communicated promptly, and helped navigate a tricky situation that arose through no fault of theirs. They're a great option for a car!
Do not buy from these guys. Girlfriend bought her car.there and.it was leaking water, so they supposedly fixed it, since it was in the summer it wasn't noticed till the next heavy rain, still leaks like the day she bought it, now they say its not their problem. Every corner we take when it rains it leaks to one side or the other and gets your leg wet. So frustrating.
I have a questionable credit history and was absolutely positive I wouldn’t be able to get into a car! Kay in the finance department pulled all the strings to make it happen, she was amazing to work with and super understanding about my situation and worked hard to figure it out for me. Going in for the test drive I had anxiety about driving in the location due to traffic, Alex was amazing and understood the assignment and took me to a more comfortable location so I could comfortably test drive the car.
