I've used Jim and Brad many times. I did buy a house off a different company once. Nothing compares to the kindness, always keeping us updated, positivity and real talk. Even Vanessa who is tram Hawke showed our home. She's the only realtor out of many in the area that in the reply said " Thank you for showing your home" Just little things like that mean alot.
