I recently tried a new martial arts studio and was super impressed with the vibe. The instructors were really welcoming and clearly knew their stuff. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable right away. It's definitely a place I'd recommend if you're looking to get into martial arts. I'm already excited for my next class!
My kids have trained here for almost 4 years through the little ninjas class and now the kids class. It is a very family friendly gym and our kids always look forward to their classes. They have learned solid techniques in BJJ and self defense, and have also learned how to protect themselves if being bullied. This has boosted their self confidence. I do Brazilian jiu-jitsu there and I'm loving it. Master Matt is very attentive and patient. I'm in the second week of class and I hope to stay there for at least 10 years.❤️
The staff is amazing and made me feel at home. The instructors are helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
This place is great the coaches here keep you engaged teach you discipline, and are dedicated to having you reach your goals whether it be to compete or get an outstanding workout
