I would not hesitate to recommend Scott Brenneck to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney. He represented my son in a recent case, with a favorable outcome. I've always received positive feedback with particular praise on how attentive Scott is and how willing he is to sit down and explain everything. Scott is an outstanding attorney. AWESOME lawyer!!! Started with prison time and ended with a minor misdemeanor. Felonies and ALL traffic tickets DROPPED!! You know you have a good lawyer when the judge tells you "you have a very competent lawyer Mr. Johnson". The judge said this after EVERY court hearing! Scott Brenneck was an excellent lawyer. We used Scott for a matter with our son. I found him professional and very knowledgable. He explained every aspect of our case to us and was always available for questions. He made an unfortunate situation survivable. Referred a co-worker with criminal charges to Mr. Brenneck. His response was immediate. He listened, understood, and gave some options. We immediately felt comfortable with him. Scott took the case, and it ended well! The charges were basically a misunderstanding, but with the wrong representation, it could've turned out badly.
