‘Couldn’t find my address’ but somehow managed to leave a you weren’t home card.. Despite calling the day before and me giving authority to leave. Gah! Don’t even bother calling if your drivers are not going to follow instructions PLEASE!
Worst EVER, no parcel, chats closed mid questions, offices closed, no anwer of phones. PRIORITY PAID. WHERE IS MY MEDICAL PARCEL
Although on maps it says until 3:30, pick ups only 10am to 2pm. That's very poor service
They send a time frame for delivery, however they come early unannounced and didn't leave my parcel as I wasn't home. I was home in the timeframe allocated. Trying to get hold of a person to talk to was impossible. Terrible Customer Service
Absolute worst delivery company I have ever dealt with would not recommend to anyone
