Atrocious and incompetent customer service. I entered our old address by accident upon ordering, and I spoke to 3 different operators, first 2 before delivery, who both assured me my parcel would be redirected to the new address tomorrow. 2nd operator advised that it would have to be redirected after delivery attempt at old address today as the 1st operator didn't add the new address and thus it was too late to redirect before delivery attempt at old address. If I could give zero stars I would. All tracking info indicated our packages should have been here Friday. Out for delivery at 8.05am. It’s Monday 11.50 am and still no delivery. No communication and simply rude customer service. If you have to use a prerecorded message telling people not you raise their voice you are obviously not offering quality service. These guys should be on scam watch! Simply unacceptable.
Team Global Express provides very disappointing service. Communication is extremely poor—there is no clear information, no proper updates, and customer support is unhelpful when issues arise. Getting a proper response feels almost impossible. Delivery service is equally bad. Parcels are delayed, mishandled, and delivery commitments are not met. They lie about attempting delivery. Been home all day and my desk is right near the front door. They could easily call if they were here and I’d come out
Two days in a row we received “attempted delivery” notifications when there was no genuine attempt made. On 26 November the driver knocked but didn’t wait long enough for my husband, who was home. On 27 November there was no knock at all. Both are clearly recorded on our cameras. This forced me to organise for my husband to physically collect the items, creating a major inconvenience for both of us—especially as I was in Sydney for mandatory work training, and delivery was meant to make things easier, not harder.
