ABSOLUTELY SHOOCKING!!!!! Advised of delivery date and time window - sat here for hours waiting - then advised was an attempt to deliver and a card was left with instructions. AT NO TIME did anyone arrive - knock, call or anything and NO CARD was left behind!!! WTF!! I called customer service (OR LACK OF) and they were no help but to reschedule a new time next Day !! TERRIBLE SERVICE - AM SO SO SO ANGRY!!!!!!!
This is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My delivery window was clearly scheduled between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, yet at 8:30 AM I received an SMS saying 'unable to deliver'. Then i was told to go to the hub the next day to collect it myself. That is not a delivery service. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
they totally fuck me over with my medication for the 5th time do not i repeat never use tge for any parcels use aus post or star track tge suck dick on tick
tge did it again fucked up my medication parcel for the 5th time as far as i care tge can go fuck them self ill never use tge again i recommend not use tge and go with star track or aus post at least ull recive it at the right time
Not only is my package late by 3 days , it has been scanned at the Brisbane depot 3 times in 3 days and basically at the same time for those 3 days . Have contacted the ACCC to have that depot investigated for this as there are hundreds of other people who have had the same issue with the brisbane depot.
