My life has just changed for the better. My parcels are so late as I was playing with Temu app I found U can change courier... That's right it actually came up and said team global express will no longer be deliving my parcels. the joy and relief that washed over me was amazing..... I needed not one but two cigarettes afterwards

They have had my parcel since before Christmas, rang to say it would be delivered the next week, here we are two weeks later and no delivery and unable to contact them by phone..... poor form
DO NOT use any company that uses Team Global express for their shipping. I had an item to the value of $120, ordered in ample time for Christmas. This item was required for me to be able to go away do my Christmas plans. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. After 2 hours in the queue I was advised that it has definitely been dropped to the wrong address, there was photo evidence of this. That the driver would be contacted and asked to recover the item.
