Shockers. Simply the worst
Spoke with woman at Beresfield depot today and she requested alternative address, this was given and I was assured parcel would be there by tomorrow. Then I received text to say item had been delivered, so I sent my partner on hour round trip to collect item (we don’t get post at home). Item had not been delivered and when I checked tracking, item had been marked return to sender around the time I had been on the phone with depot. Just plain terrible. I am 83 years old and I don't get around much any more. I was at home when delivery was attempted. Now I have to chase my parcel all the way to Beresfield with possible changed traffic conditions I am not familiar with. When I opened my front door I found message card just chucked on the front porch, a heavy wind could have blown it away. You know a good old knock on the door could have done the trick but maybe we have even forgotten how to do that. I am so sorry to be so blunt. Regards --- Charles ---
