I placed an order over a month ago and it still has not been delivered. Despite contacting the company multiple times, they cannot tell me where my order is or when it will arrive. I have already made three formal complaints about the way their employees handled this situation, and nothing has been resolved. Slow service
Thankyou for leaving my parcel at a local shop near my suburb missed your driver by a few minutes , great and fast service
9 - 3pm operating hours at their Altona depot what a joke, some people actually work & can't pick up parcels in these hours. Delivery driver made no attempt to knock or even leave a calling card absolutely nothing just an email that apparently he was there. Load of crap.
