They don't seem to know how to deliver things. They said the driver reported an incorrect name or address, but they couldn't tell me specifically what was wrong. This was part of an IKEA order, and the second half of the order, delivered by ANC, had no issues being delivered. I think this company's driver didn't even try delivering it. The Good Guys have used this ‘delivery’ company to deliver a TV it has been in transit now for 4 days ….supposed to be delivered today …..still waiting & the tracking is Stone Age methods and that’s being kind I will be ringing the Good guys as this is disgraceful
Global Express was meant to deliver a parcel we had ordered online. My partner and I were home all day. We had paid for delivery and also left our phone number in the order. They did not deliver and instead sent us to a tiling shop (apparently a depot) to collect the parcel. This meant we had to rent a car to collect it. I am very disappointed with the driver. How could he not wait for me to collect my parcel, especially since I answered his call and came down quickly? What really upset me is that the driver did not wait for me and left! How can the driver be so rude?
