Zero stars! I cannot believe how bad this delivery company is! They're not even honest in the tracking info. Items have been allegedly "out for delivery" for weeks! Even though their warehouse is just 30 mins away! And if you only use a landline don't bother trying to call them; you're only allowed to ask about your deliveries if you have a mobile number. This non-delivery company has completely changed which retailers I'll be buying from in the future.
Delivery person just left a note saying i missed it. No call, message or email not even bothered to knock the door. Worst service ever
4 parcels missing yes from Temu seem lost at Ballarat depot hoping tho very late still arrive
Still waiting for three deliveries that have been sitting at the Ballarat depot, just 30km from here. One of them has been sitting there for a week and a half! Express to the depot, then no movement whatsoever. 31 Waringa Drive, Mitchell Park, Vic 3355. I may have to pay them a visit to do their job for them.
