I now have " DO NOT USE TEAM GLOBAL EXPRESS OR IMMEDIATE REFUND" on all of my buyers notes including the delivery note and PayPal. So far I've had lost packages that never arrived, extremely late packages and broken ones that arrived on-time..... Worst. Courier.Ever
1 star review is way too high! Absolutely disgraceful customer service. No phone number to call, only chat. Got told packages were in 3 different locations after being asked to hold at the depot for pickup. Couldn’t tell me what depot they were at or the name of the company holding it. 3 times on chat the simply ended the chat before any solution had been resolved. Stick well clear of this company if you have the option to!!
The most useless company ever. My parcel never arrived even after 3 weeks. They said the parcel has been sent 3 different locations by “mistake”. Finally, the tracking said it’s in this depot. I went there 3 TIMES, contacted customer support 5 TIMES! The people who work there have no idea of what they are doing. Never got the parcel and the manager said “WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE YOUR PARCEL IS AND WE CAN’T DO ANY MIRACLES”. Never choose global express. It will waste your time and money both.
I used this company to ship a chair I purchased. It was been 10 months- no chair. Seller kindly refunded my money even though they had no obligation to do so. Global express has a lot to answer for. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone use this company
Don’t walk in for inquiries. They will act like you have done something wrong for choosing them. The tracking updates were like: Out for delivery>On its way>We don’t know where it is (never received it) Honestly, just shut your company. Do something else. Delivery isn’t clearly your thing.
