Awful company, no communication, 3 days estimated for delivery and 20 days later no idea where my consignment is.
Would give a 0 if I could. The WORST delivery service I have ever experienced. I was given no notice of my delivery item being dropped off - no one messaged, no call, no knock at the door. Then I receive an email saying “failed delivery”. When I call to verify this issue - the team ensure that the driver will drop it back off later on in the day. This also turned out to be untrue and I am still waiting for my item.

My parcel was delivered promptly. I had to return it. I asked for 8.15 pickup. By 15.00 it was still here. I rang and got a woman who was difficult to understand. She said that I had asked for it to be picked up between 8.15 and 17.00, this was incorrect as the company had added this. Waiting all day for the courier is unacceptable. The courier finally arrived at 16.30. I do not know when (if?) it will be delivered.
Express delivery from Nunawading to Balaclava, so far it has taken 3 days of waiting with no new updates. Customer service was polite, but has not given me any estimatee delivery time, just open an investigation, which results will take 24 to 48h more.
