I got a text saying "Attempted delivery" even though no one came to deliver anything. Its just pure bs since I have been at home and have a clear view in front of the house.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an order from Amazon AU for outdoor furniture. Very specific delivery instructions was given due to the letterbox address is on a main road that is unsecure. The delivery driver did not follow any of the instructions and just left the package which then got stolen. The package also required a signature which was not followed. Why company’s use this service is beyond me.
Appalling company received a notification of attempted delivery as I was standing at my front gate- there was NO attempted delivery!! Would give zero stars if I could…chasing up the parcel with the company is a nightmare
Won't buy from any company using Team Global Express for deliveries. Untrackable, and drivers frequently claim they've attempted delivery without leaving a card, calling, or buzzing your door when you're home all day. Really unsatisfactory. Kogan, JB Hifi, Mister Zimi all use - take note.
