Multiple delivery dates given but no deliveries made. Website tracking is suprisingly underdeveloped considering they are a postage company. Food delivery services offer better tracking.
Ridiculously slow delivery, takes about 9days for “express” delivery from Sydney to Melbourne, and you have to actually make a booking to pick it up, they won’t drop your parcel at service hub unless you “book for a pickup”
Shamelessly pathetic. Failed to deliver my urgent prescription medication. No further update for 3 days now. Impossible to get through to them on chat or call. Seriously avoid using this company.
