Driver knocked on Unit 2 instead of Unit 4 (I was home, and Unit 2 is empty/under renovations). I tried to use the card they had left to arrange collection according to their instructions, only to be told later that the chosen pickup point “no longer accepts freight”. I am now being redirected to a different location further away. This was completely avoidable if the driver checked the apartment number properly. Very frustrating experience and a big waste of time.
Would give zero stars if possible. Still trying to arrange redelivery. Zero consideration of a recipient with disability who doesn't have anyone to collect from their collection point, and even if I did, the delivery driver ticked the box that means that no-one else can collect on my behalf. Give these cowboys a NO for handling ANY deliveries
The customer service is not helpful. When I called them to follow up on a failed delivery, the person who took the call sounded like they didn’t know what they were doing. They kept saying “you need to do x, and y…” despite that I had told them I had already done so. They didnt listen to you at all. I already reminded them to check because there was an existing inquiry. No Door Delivery, Forced Collection
Terrible company to deal with, no communication and dont want to help solve any problems. Sent out sms update at 1:08pm of being out for delivery, checked live tracker and said attempt had been made to deliver at 1pm. Horrible system giving no prior heads up to a delivery being in transit and then be nothing but pains to try and organise to be redelivered.
