Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Unhelpful and couldn't care less. I will never deal with them again. I'll simply click and collect then I don't have to use them at all
One of the worst shipping companies I However, ever experienced. No attempt at delivering parcel
Absolutely disappointed with Team Global Express. I was expecting a basketball hoop delivery for my son’s birthday. The item was ordered on 3rd July 2025 and was supposed to be delivered by 6th July. Instead, the tracking was updated to 7th July, which was already cutting it close. On 7th July, around 12:30 PM, I received an email saying the item had been delivered — but nothing arrived at our address in Clyde North. Delivery was delayed multiple times without any proper update or communication. Tracking information was unclear, and getting in touch with customer service was extremely difficult—long wait times and very little help.
