Unless you have a whole day to waste. Tracking not good
Still waiting on something I ordered nearly three weeks ago. Multiple fake “delivery attempts”. Customer service stopped replying a week ago. Watch their bot reply to this review with a generic response and messenger link that doesn’t work. Officeworks should be ashamed of using these incompetent restarts.
The reviews are accurate. Drivers that leave cards when both family members are home and customer service that hangs up on you when you lodge a complaint. Completely useless.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had. They supposedly “attempted delivery” while I was at work, which is understandable—but then they left a card with no pickup address, no clear instructions, nothing useful at all. I’ve now wasted hours waiting for the tracking to update so I can figure out where my parcel actually is, and there is still no information on the website. Absolutely disgusting delivery company in the last few weeks I’ve fought to get a second item delivered as it went missing when first ( 2 of same item purchased) delivered and then I have been waiting for an item to be delivered from the UK and it was “ damaged “ so they can’t deliver it , what an absolute joke, and there is NO one in Australia to talk to , In 10 yrs I’ve never had an issue with my order from the UK.. don’t use them for anything if you can use other couriers
