Had the worst experience at Team Global First they got the delivery address wrong. And after multiple calls they revealed the address they wrongly delivered. And they raised multiple investigation cases to no effect. Eventually I walked to the wrong address and collected it. It was so embarrassing!!

Very disappointing and unprofessional service from Team Global Express. My parcel has been delayed for more than a week, and there has been no proper delivery attempt. No one buzzed my apartment, no phone call, no text message, and no notification. Then suddenly the tracking says the parcel could not be delivered.
