What an absolute shitshow. No direct contact phone number , only chatbot that gives no useful information. Tracking number that is valid one day and invalid the next. Item sat at the depot for 4 days with no movement or updates, had to pickup the item from the depot from reluctant staff. How is this company allowed to operate.
First ever review - would be 0 stars if I could. I will be generous and say 1/10 deliveries actually get delivered by this company. I honestly don't know if I can even give them 10%. My most recent order, they 'attempted delivery' (no, they didn't, cameras prove it), then 2 separate people promised it would be re-delivered. Instead, it was left at a pick up location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! My very expensive parcel was delivered to the completely wrong address. When my parcel was tracked down and I personally collected it (no thanks to this company) I found it already opened by the wrong receivers. Absolutely the WORST couriers/delivery service you could find! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
