I took off work and waited patiently for my parcel only to receive an “attempted delivery” message whilst I was waiting by the door. No card was left. I ran outside and around the corner searching for the van. I couldn’t see anything. I don’t think the driver made any attempts. Customer service didn’t help as they claim to have no way to contact drivers. So their systems are in place to actively not support delivery. I was awaiting vital medication so now I don’t have that or a day’s wages. Terrible company.
I absolutely hate when one of my packages is being done by this Company. They are awful to deal with. Taking packages from one place to other refusing to leave it at my home even after stating that's what I want!!! Being my parcel!

What a horrible horrible company omg
This is the worst delivery service ever. They had the audacity to mark my parcel as “attempted delivery” when NO ONE even came to my house. I was home the entire time and I can clearly see if someone comes to the door but guess what? No one did! Then I contact customer service, and instead of taking responsibility, they basically shrug it off and tell me I have to go to the hub and pick it up myself the next day.
