Extremely disappointed with the handling of my delivery. I contacted the courier before the item even left the Melbourne depot, requesting that the parcel not be delivered because a recall had been initiated by the sender. I then followed up twice more after it had left the depot, again asking the company not to deliver and to return it to sender. one depot for all of central coast with no pedestrian access, drivers lie about attempting delivery. had this happen numerous times. customer support is a call centre in the philipines who cannot call drivers who lie about attempted delieveries and the depot does not answer calls. do not use team global express to ship anything ever.
Useless systems! Update: Again another failed delivery with no explanation. I have now been on hold for 1 hour to follow up. Response here doesn't help, i do not have facebook.
