On May 4, I called customer support to arrange a redelivery for my parcel. The agent confirmed my correct address after I verbally provided and verified it, and assured me the parcel would be dispatched on May 5 (today). This morning, after receiving no updates, I called again. The next agent, Kim, told me they had not received my unit number. Most unprofessional and rude customer service I have ever encountered.
worst possible service and system. they don't know who their drivers are or where the packages are. you'd have to be crazy to use these and I can't believe big businesses like JB Hi Fi are using them.
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Wow what a nightmare this company is to deal with. It is the most unprofessional company you will ever come across. When you finally get through to someone (4 times) and hours of your time waiting on the phone. They assure you of one thing and then yet again your parcel is delivered to the wrong address again yes! about 5 times.
