Trust me if I could give negative stars i would my experience has been nothing short of ridiculous and unprofessional. My parcel was meant to be delivered by Friday last week and when I call they say they will prioritise it and will be sent the next day. That was nothing more than a lie I call them and they tell me it will be another 3 business days and if I wanted to pick it up it would be another 2 days?? Idk how that makes sense when my package came from Melbourne and got to Brisbane within a day but they seem to drag it ... read more
Parcel out for delivery since 10am then get a text at 17:22 saying "We attempted to deliver your parcel but could not leave in unattended". Not a single sign of a person attempting delivery, but thanks i can go and pick it up tomorrow. There is a pretty consistent theme in the reviews.
Shocking service and call center unable to help. Paracel lost in system.
If I could give a 0, I would. I have a small, home run business. Ordered a printer and office supplies. Quite a lot of money. I live in a crime ridden area and my delivery was left at my front gate. Anyone walking past could grab it. Absolutely disgusting. Team Global should be extremely ashamed.
I did have a very very bad experience my delivery,it was an express ,i got it after one week,i try to ring the office,the stuff on the phone were very rude .i will never recomand any one to use them the dont value customers the value them selfs,im talking about the toowomba qld one .the must learn how to talk to client politely it will be much appreciate
