Would give zero if possible… Delivery window 1300-1500, attempted delivery at 1045… nobody home. Taken to depot… Updated that they are ready to collect, no address for pick up provided, ring the carrier, ring the carrier - we don’t have an address for pick up we will get them to contact you. 3 days later still nothing.. try again, same thing they will contact you. Was told my package will arrive on a Thursday and when I contacted them on the following Friday about it being late, they said the parcel will take 48 hours to be delivered. So I asked if they deliver on weekends and they replied "no, only weekdays". Very upset with the service and it's my first time trying this courier. :(

Driver was too lazy to walk my parcel to the door and left at my open gate in full view as near footpath. Parcel was picked up by someone else and now can’t get a response only via chat service and they either can’t understand English as answer isn’t in line with my questions.. I was told someone would be in contact but still waiting. Hard to communicate with. Being gates opened l don’t understand why the parcel wasn’t dropped in safe place at my door.
