Package was delivered to the wrong address. Contacting Team Global Express was frustrating — took days to get any response and no clear confirmation of where my item was. Poor communication and wasted time. I will never use this company again.
terrible service, I get deliveries everyday but dread theirs. They gave me about 8 messages before delivery, yet wouldnt answer my phone calls or messages
They never delivered it to my house, I had to go pick it up from the warehouse. Plus, they sent a fake message saying they tried to deliver it.
Impossible to deal with can't contact them. Took 28 days to deliver a 6kg parcel from Vic to FNQ
The worst courier service out there they lie are weeks behind every one else have lazy ass employees do not use this company
