DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 0/5 STARS Drivers not delivering when they say are, Customer service is a 0/10, they lied, hung up on me, then lied again. I have proof you are lying you costed my $720 because YOUR DRIVER AND COMPANY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO.
Missed a delivery. Arranged for the next day. Waiting, waiting and then received a message saying nobody home. Ended up going the depot. Half my order was there and the other half was in the truck. The driver admitted he had not even tried to deliver.
Terrible, rude customer service. Attempted delivery, absolute rubbish.
On May 4, I called customer support to arrange a redelivery for my parcel. The agent confirmed my correct address after I verbally provided and verified it, and assured me the parcel would be dispatched on May 5 (today). This morning, after receiving no updates, I called again. The next agent, Kim, told me they had not received my unit number. Attempted delivery? You guys never even showed up. Cctv proof. Dropped my parcel 10km away at a "pick up point" I can't get to. Useless. EVERY time I've had something delivered by these clowns there has been a problem.
