On May 4, I called customer support to arrange a redelivery for my parcel. The agent confirmed my correct address after I verbally provided and verified it, and assured me the parcel would be dispatched on May 5 (today). This morning, after receiving no updates, I called again. The next agent, Kim, told me they had not received my unit number. Attempted delivery? You guys never even showed up. Cctv proof. Dropped my parcel 10km away at a "pick up point" I can't get to. Useless. EVERY time I've had something delivered by these clowns there has been a problem.
I live in Paynesville Victoria which is 4 hours from Melbourne. I have nothing but praise for Team Global Express, I receive quite a few parcels and I have never had a problem. The packages are picked up at the airport and I receive them the next day. Very efficient delivery, and friendly Paynesville delivery driver. Thank you.
Quite literally the worst and most useless delivery company. Have had 3 deliveries from them (not by choice) all 3 times they have failed to deliver them. Support time is useless in resolving issues and lack accountability for their errors.
So hard to deal with will never use them again
