So hard to deal with will never use them again
Where oh where has decent customer service gone and a level of social contract....that's right they hide behind a keyboard. Chatting with Francine J who denies they have both my packages, which contradicts their tracking, blames the sender (that wouldn't surprise me) and shuts down the chat. Was I aggressive no, I was surprisingly nice, but did make it clear I needed the item when they were scheduled. Blimey, why is it so hard to achieve a decent level of service and respect. Shocking service.
Left my parcel in the driveway in full view. When I opened it was damaged, pretty obvious from transport damage. Company hasn't returned my call. Use at your own peril.
