They forgot to deliver my other item he only deliver ed one item and the guy said its on the way so im expecting it but i didnt get the item now im not sure where is it so i need to go on their warehouse
Worst delivery service ever. Delivery does not give an estimated time. And after I missed the delivery no update at all. It took me hours to get to chat with an agent, and then they provided me with a service hub location to pick up the parcel, which is far away from my place. It deserves no star.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Only good at sending lots and lots of inaccurate emails. Box looks like it has been to war and back. Seeing as local delivery has taken three weeks I am not surprised. The real problem is when things don't work out they have no ability the change the course or resolve. Very hard time deal with impossible to contact and totally dysfunctional. Thank you team global for the AI response.
