Terrible tracking info, Terrible Customer Service "Your freight is currently progressing through our network and is expected to arrive within the next 24 hours" then ... "The estimated delivery date was today, but unfortunately, the item did not arrive at the depot on the specified date" then ... when asked okay so where is it? "I can't say since it's still progressing to our network. Details are limited as of the moments." Agent then ends the chat without asking.
2nd review on different TEAM GE business. $2000 TV now 2 weeks to travel 80kms. Item has been lost for a week, chat agents are useless and rude. I now go OUT OF MY WAY to spend MORE money on an item if they DONT use MYTEAMGE, JBHIFI and all other vendors will not get my business so long as they use this useless mob.
