Won't answer my 100s of calls and sent my $500 parcel to another address and with me finally getting some response with the photo they sent me showing it was clearly another address after that they don't want nothing to do with it !!!
If you can,use a different delivery service… do so. Very unhelpful I tried to request leave in safe place if no one home without any luck. I’m a paying customer I should be able to give authority to do so. The whole point in home delivery was it gets sent to your home not to some hub. If I wanted to pick it up from the hub I’d go in store and pick it up.

they just put the missed delivery note under my door without knocking, and when I tried to flag down the delivery driver they just looked at me and drove off
