0 stars if I could accurately rate this. They messed up the paint job which required it to stay longer for and additional week, when I was told it should have been a week long job. Additionally I told them the car had been stalling and asked if they could take it to get serviced which is literally across the same lot. I never have experience like this at this collision center. It’s takes over a month to fix my vehicle and they keep delaying it every day. When I called to come to the office to pick up they are still not ready and I had to wait
I wont take another car here. I went there because I purchased the car from Gillman Mazda, and they were the only place that gave me a full detailed estimate, and answered my questions on parts and their process to do the repair. Its a 1.5 hour round trip for me. 9 weeks to replace the door an associated damage. At least 3 of those weeks were due to poor workmanship that had to be redone. I was told approx 3-4 weeks total.
