Great Gym with alot of great training partners. Highly recommend for all levels of training from Just getting started to a professional athlete.
The blond male instructor grabbed my 5 year old’s jacket to pick him up forcefully and yelled at him, while making him walk across the entire mat with a severely broken leg. This business did not check my son’s body for injuries, instead they made it more traumatizing. I do not recommend this business.
