Team did a good job at fixing the repairs and blending the paint but when I came to pick up the car the rear wheel that needed replaced was the wrong color so I had the guy come out and look at it and he agreed it was at least 3 shades lighter than the rest of the wheels so he investigated the matter and said that Mazda had a shipment that was boxed wrong and would get back to me with the right wheel so a week goes by nothing no call nothing so I waited another week and stopped in on a Thursday and he said that he would have... read more
Two separate instances which involved a deer and the rock. TEAM DID FANTASTIC PHENOMENAL WORK on my Subaru it looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I bought my subie from Team and the work they do here is amazing! The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Honestly you couldn't ask for a better place to find a car or have it fixed. They did an amazing job replacing a panel on my truck and also painted over a few random scratches for me
Had truck in for repairs and they missed a arm being bent. Gave them another chance after it was hit again while parked only to go over to pick it up and bumper was still bent. When again to get it after it was supposed to be fixed for real this time and body panel was loose. Quality of work is horrible! Then they seem bothered when you want it done right. Not to mention the 3 weeks it took after being told 1.
They have the capability to be a great shop but the shop manager Sharron is holding it back poor coustomer relationships and is probably the most rude and disrespectful person I have had ever met, the bodywork was horrible and after they re did it it was still bad, didn't fix everything and what they did looks horrible, paint and body work.
