These people were a big let down for me. They have treated me so poorly for no reason. They came out a month ago, let me know what they could do to help, and I thought it sounded great. The guy was supposed to send an estimate that night. He still hasn't reached out a month later, nor has his company. Not a call, text, or email. I've attempted all 3. I used Team Ferrell to fix my waterline. They sent two guys out that could not find their head. Then they next sent two other guys that were nice, however, they were clueless and not as experienced as I was told. The lead person was supposed to have 30 years experience. If he was 30 years old I would be shocked. They cut and installed a new meter that did NOT require the line to be cut. It was a pulse water meter. We had an issue on a home the night before closing Team Farrell was on site immediately after the call. They worked with the seller to ensure the work was completed on time and done professionally. Upon completion the buyer even had their own inspector come back to approve the work and it passed with flying colors. Great job Team Farrell and thanks for being responsive and true to your word. Andrew thank you for the hard work, communication and overall caring for the customer and ensuring the project was done on time.

Where to even begin!!! These people are amazing. Hired them once for a small job and 4 years later they are like family helping us take care of 15 properties in the smokies. Chris especially is one of the best human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with in my entire life. Don’t hesitate about hiring these guys for anything from unclogging a toilet to installing utilities to a new build. They are fantastic.

Team Farrell was a joy to work with. I am thrilled with how my deck came out! The crew was a pleasure to have around and the owner Chris was really on top of things and very kind during the whole process. He was even so generous as to troubleshoot and reprogram my jacuzzi when he found out it was used for water therapy for myself and my autistic grandson. They worked hard and were and professional.
