Eric did a great job communicating over a weekend with the sellers and was great with the lenders taking longer than they needed to get the closing situated. This was my third "mail away" closing and I was grateful to know Eric would complete the final walk through for me. Thank you!

We couldn’t have made it thru this process with our sanity without the guidance of Stacey and Eric!!! Building a new home is a long and stressful process. I’m so grateful to have them beside me looking out for MY interests! The builder looks out for the builders interests. Eric has a nice chill vibe and confidence that helped anchor me through the selling process. I was convinced of going with a quick sale to an investor and he encouraged me with an agressive sales price and his confidence to list and endure the market. After his photographer shot the house and we listed it was the most viewed house on Zillow in at least the neighborhood.
