Paul Butler was great in quickly identifying my problem with the AC, and resolving the issue. He was very Cordial. Initially, i called the Dallas office for service, and spoke with Janet. She was awesome. She was sympathetic to my problem and work with me patiently to get me scheduled. She definitely went beyond the call of duty! Thank you Paul, Janet and Enoch!
Didn't show up to two different appointments scheduled back to back days. I was concerned for my tenant that had a down A/C, the warm weather, and with a newborn child. Finally I had to call a different HVAC company that I could rely on.
Team Enoch was easy to work with, and all communications were answered precisely and timely. They installed my new AC unit on 4/9. The installation went very well and I am very satisfied. The installers were great. They were well experienced and respectful of my house. They answered all my questions, showed me how to operate the equipment. They cleaned up afterward and hauled off the old system. Again, they did a 5 star job. Thanks to all.
