Spent an hour calling them 3 to 4 times a day to see if they can fix my E bike, and finally when I spoke with somebody in service and somebody in parts and they said yes, they can fix it. Bring it in. I brought it in. it took me about 15 to 20 minutes to put it in the car took it to them and they said we could not fix it. They barely answer the phones very unorganized.
Shaun made the processing of buying my 650 super streamline and easy, everyone at the dealership overall were just genuine and down to earth people. Thanks all to the group at ECC.

No hassle way to purchase a motorcycle. That’s how I would describe Escondido Cycle center. Ask for Shaun. He helped me thru the buying process to make it very enjoyable. Also, they had the lowest price on a motorcycle I was looking for. And not a low price then hidden fees when you go to sign the paperwork. The price he quoted me was the purchase price.
