The dentist is great and her assistants hygienists are wonderful! It’s the receptionist who clearly hates her job and would rather smoke cigarettes in plain view than do her job and answer phones/ return calls, or even let you know that your oribsk appointment had to be changed. The only way to communicate is through text message and that doesn’t always work for people. She is rude, lazy and unprofessional! dentist is fantastic Thank you Lithia. Staff is lacking. they don't return calls don't, return texts, act as though your bothering them. "bitter beer face" Assistant to dentist doesn't assist with complete dental needs. was told by staff their patients don't have money so they don't discuss options once a tooth is pulled.
Dr. Miller and her staff are all amazing! My smile and confidence is back.
