Purchased a specialized rockhopper for my son. All of the staff are extremely educated and extremely helpful. We had several bikes to choose from in the same price range and based off of the knowledge that the staff had we chose this bike. Great group of guys I dealt with here. They helped me pick out from a few narrowed down choices, then ordered me in a new ride. Once I went in they spent plenty of time setting it up and helping me dial it in as best as possible in the lot as well! I always appreciate great service from a local small biz (I am a small biz owner as well) and supporting them also. Highly recommended!
Team Cycling has stellar costumer service and very knowledgeable staff... I highly recommend them for your cycling needs! Kevin was able to answer every question about various mountain bikes and took time to explain different features and options. Probably the best service I’ve ever had at a bike shop and they even put my bike rack on my SUV for me!
I have purchased 5 bikes in the past 20 years - just picked up a trek 520 yesterday. Outstanding sales process listening to my wants and needs in a bike and matching me with the 520 - and then taking more time to fit it to my style of riding (ordering correct frame size, adding accessories, extending steering tube, etc...). Truly a custom fit to me. Took bike for a 30 mile ride today and it was smooth, great handling. I’m ready to go touring! Thanks!!! Tim
