Knows his stuff, really knows it; from both experience and training. Honest, and fair - I had a RV solar issue, other techs couldn't trouble shoot. TCB tracked it down and got it resolved. If you want it done right the first time Slater is your guy.

Very happy with the work Slater did! We had a window leak on our newer coach that caused us to use every towel we owned the prior night. Called on a Friday afternoon, got a call back within an hour and he showed up at the RV park shortly thereafter! Poured rain last night and not a drop! Slater cleaned all the drain vents, removed and resealed the window caulking. I would say he's very experienced and knowledgeable!

What this guy does not know about RV’s! Unbelievably knowledgeable. If he does not know, he will find out! I called him out as I had caused (bed sheet fell behind the bed and got stuck in the slide out mechanism ) while I got the bed sheet out it caused the slide out to mis align and would not work with out manual intervention (two people pushing hard ). He not only knew the process to reset the computer, he also showed me how to manually override the computer for total manual operation! I texted him several other times with... read more

Slater is a super hero. We had a broken slide cable on our trip thru Coos Bay. Called on a Sunday to see if we could meet our exit plan on Monday by noon. 10:00 Monday to the rescue. Got us up and going. Very great company honest and fare. Could not be happier with the service *****. 5 stars. Appreciate you very much. Greg & Mary
