I had an excellent experience with my home build. The project maintained a steady pace with consistent progress, and I was impressed with how none of my concerns were left unattended. The communication throughout the process was exceptional, keeping me informed and involved every step of the way. If I ever decide to build again, Chad and his team will definitely be my first call.
Their staff or their managers drive drunk, throw cans and litter out their windows while driving, and nearly swerve off the road. Twice now I've seen their company truck speeding down the road fixing to hurt someone.

The weekly updates kept us all informed and minimized any surprises along the way. The administration and billing processes were smooth, professional, and problem-free, which I really appreciated.
