Beware of this unethical & unprofessional contractor! If you sign a contract with them, it only binds you, not them. Two weeks before work was to begin, they backed out of the signed contract we had with them. Hardly ethical! Must have had a good reason, you say? Ha! First, they sent an email saying they would not honor the contract. When pressed for a reason, they (1) hid behind an email (hardly professional), and (2) said we were hyper-demanding & rude to their receptionist.
