My rating is a bit different as I happen to be a lucky winner of a 2026 Toyota Rav 4 thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles for organizing the opportunity. I would like to thank the staff for everything as the process from all the paperwork to leaving the lot with little to no worries. I’m from PA and knowing that the services are available to change my tags from Jersey to PA can be sent through the mail without having me take painful additional steps!
Excellent service.
Between the people here and my insurance company, it has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with this place. A simple suspension/ wheel job took Team Collision in Ewing 2 MONTHS to get completed! I was fortunate enough to have another vehicle on standby but not everyone has that option. I would constantly call for updates in which there would be a new story on how more parts or work is needed. A complete headache. Never again. The new girl at the front desk was empathic and nice to me but thats it .
Super fast and they do excellent work.
Very good experience Rob was a wonderful sales person met all my needs and concerns. Would highly recommend anybody looking to buy a Toyota.
