We had a very positive experience. They were truthful and reasonable. They even cleaned the car before we picked it up!

This is the second time my fiancée and I have sent our trucks to the insurance “preferred shop” only to send it to Cavins to complete repairs. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO CAVINS TO BEGIN WITH! Representative was difficult to reach via phone and lied about repairs. Will not recommend to anyone

My fiance and I were rear ended and had minimal damage to the rear bumper. She brought the vehicle in for repair on a Tuesday, and by the next week's Wednesday, they have given her the run around multiple times (and that's only after her repeatedly trying to get in contact with them since they never called to give status updates). They lied to her about letting the insurance company know they couldn't repair the original bumper and needed to order a new one. 2011 BMW 328 had rear bumper damage and needed to be replaced. Got estimate in about 30 min. Bumper was ordered and I was called 3 days later when it arrived and was told 2 to 3 days required after I drop off car. Took car in picked up rental on site and 3 days later car was returned and looked like new. While they had bumper paint they touched up a door scratch for no charge.
