Having 2 individuals approach my car trying to hustle me to purchase the most expensive car wash available while reaching for my debit card made me very uncomfortable and quite upset. I get the need to upsell but I can swipe my own card and not everyone takes kindly to being approached in such a way. Geryl was so nice and personable. Great experience with him.
Bad customer service. I was told to leave the property by the manager after I just became a member just 3 days ago. It was a different crew working when I visited this location for the first time.
