Don't leave a deposit, if for any reason the sale doesn't go through you have too run around too get your deposit back. Mr. Shahzad Khan failed too mention too me about an over 10,000 dollars history claim off an accident record too a used vehicle that I was trying too perches for my son's birthday, The deal was in the bag, I already suprise my son with photos. Very bad experience at this location. Poor customer service and management.we got windshield replaced with half price with another ageny and I have spent my 2 day shifts (8-3pm) nothing has been done properly. Gave us rental car for a day and holds up $250 and deducted $93 without any reason. Nothing has been explained why they are deducting $93. Still we have to spend a day there to get things done related to service.. don’t go at this location ,save your time and money
Came to Team Chrysler the other day and ran into a gentleman Derrick in sales. I didn’t ended up purchasing a vehicle, but the service was excellent and in the near future I will be coming back to Derrick. Great job!
