Our headquarters office has looked into all of the accusations that you and your family have made against our staff in Morganton and none of those are found to be true. The vehicle has not been wrecked 2 or 3 times. The Carfax mentions 2 minor damages to the vehicle which was on the Carfax, presented to you and signed.
