Great communication and service
Took truck in for a transmission service, oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off and specifically spoke with the service writer about changing the external filter on the transmission and doing a flush. Called and told the vehicle was ready and when I got there, I noticed that the service tech had not adjusted the pressure in the tires or relearned the tire sensor locations during the service.
