Mr. David Duncan is the best. Friendly, show us the cars we wanted to look at. Helped show us the pros and cons, and helped with getting us into the car that worked best for us. Communicated throughout the process answering all the question my husband I had. I highly recommend Mr. Duncan and the tram at Team Chevy. We will be back
Do NOT ever make negotiations numbers with a customer just to wait until they drive all the way 30-40 minutes to your dealership just to tell them Oh By the way the (new) truck we finalized the Numbers on well its not here because its a Demo???? And we can get it back for you if you’re interested still?????? And its got 900 miles on it. !!!! WTH ??? Do NOT do business here ever!!! U do NOT treat a customer like that EVER.
I bought my 2019 Ram 2500 from here. you cannot ask for better service, and the staff here is great. Sean, Oliver, and Heath was very helpful. and walked me through everything and explained everything. When i get another vehicle i am definetly coming back here. i highly recommended this dealship for any one looking for a new vehicle.
