TEAM in Salisbury has not been an honest dealership on several occasions.
I called to make an appointment for what I though was an injector problem, on a Friday night. They called me Saturday morning and had me bring my car in that morning. In less than an hour they found the problem, exhaust pipe leak, they said they would order the part and call me to set an appointment to install it. The parts came in on Tuesday and they called to set up an appointment for Wednesday at 10:00. I dropped the car off and by 11:00 they called to say I could pick it up at my convenience.. Where should I start! I totaled my car and I couldn’t put but only $500 down for a car so of course I wasn’t picky thinking I would get some small old little car.
