Soooo absolutely upset about not being told you were combining with Omni when I spoke to you guys two weeks ago. I ordered half of my teams shoes (so I can size) and was told you would have plenty for me to order after the first....NOW I CANT PLACE THE ORDER BECAUSE OMNI DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR SHOES!!!!! I also have returns to make!! This is so unacceptable!

I just placed an order on Monday night around 9pm. I ordered the Nfinity Sparkle Package. Upon doing so I accidentally chose the wrong size shoe. I called 8am yesterday & the lady was so fantastic, updated the shoe size with no issues. 11am yesterday I received an email that my order has already been shipped & will be here tomorrow night, even though I had free ground shipping & not expedited! I am very impressed with their customer service & fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Horrible customer service! my wife ordered cheer sneakers and paid 40 extra dollars to have them shipped overnight so she can have them by Saturday guaranteed by 3 pm as per the customer service she spoke with on Friday...They did not arrive by Saturday the home opener where my daughter needed them and they arrived on Monday!
