Excellent training, very flexible schedule, he taught me how to do a hand stand (I might have been the only 40-sumthin yr old who couldn't do one), no two workouts are the same. Never a dull moment, highly recommended!

He has been a great coach and motivator. His understanding of nutrition and how to workout around physical limitations and injuries is a plus
