Had Glenn, their estimator, out to give me an estimate on a small job. He was very polite and seemed professional -- but that was 4 days ago, and have not yet received the estimate, nor any reason for the delay. Not happy with the lack of response. Too late now, as I have hired someone else who was responsive.
